• CranioSacral Therapy:  A gentle, mindfulness-based type of hands-on bodywork that calms the central nervous system and encourages the body to release stress.  Works with the bones and membranes of the head, spinal column and sacrum to melt tension and restore balance. 

• Healing Touch:  Originally developed by a nurse to incorporate energy work as complementary, integrative care in the western medical system.

• Reiki originates from Japan and is a gentle energy practice based on the flow of Ki, Life Force Energy.
